TYPICAL FAULTS WE FIND ON THIS SYSTEM,
(1), Coolant temp sensor, poor starting when hot.
(2), Fuel pump relay, loss of power, engine cut out and no re start .
(3), Air mass meter, lack of response at the top rev: range.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS ,
Crank sensor ecu pins 63-56 800 to 1200 ohms, scope sig.
Coolant temp: sensor ecu pins 53 and 67, 2k cold, 200 ohms hot, apx:.
Idle switch, ecu pins 69-67, zero ohms throttle closed, infinite open.
Fuel inj: 12v 16 ohm, (we can test and clean) .
Fuel pressure, 2.5 bar control pressure with vac at idle.
Fuel flow 0.52 lt/30 sec:.
Ign: prim: 0.4 to 0.8 ohm.
